Thank you for subscribing to IPPremium IPTV service. Please read our Refund Policy carefully.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of IPTV services and immediate access to content, IPPremium generally operates on a no refund policy. Once a subscription is activated and service is provided, we do not offer refunds for the subscription fees.

2. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

In certain exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of IPPremium. These circumstances may include:

  • Service Unavailability: If you experience a prolonged and widespread service outage that is directly attributable to our service and confirmed by our technical team, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the duration of the outage. This excludes outages caused by your internet connection, device issues, or force majeure events.
  • Billing Errors: In the event of a clear billing error on our part that results in an overcharge, we will refund the excess amount.
  • Free Trial Issues: If you were incorrectly charged after a free trial period despite canceling before the trial ended, and the error is verified, a refund may be issued for the first charge after the trial.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under the exceptional circumstances mentioned above, you must contact our customer support team at support@ippremium.com within 7 days of the issue occurring. Your request must include:

  • Your full name and registered email address.
  • Subscription details.
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request, including evidence to support your claim (e.g., screenshots of service errors, billing discrepancies).

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Meeting the criteria for an exception does not guarantee a refund, as it remains at IPPremium's sole discretion.

4. No Refunds For:

Please note that refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after subscribing and accessing the service.
  • Lack of Usage: If you do not use the service or do not watch the content.
  • Device Incompatibility: If the service is incompatible with your devices or internet connection (it is your responsibility to check compatibility before subscribing).
  • Content Preferences: If you are dissatisfied with the selection of channels or content available (we recommend checking channel lists before subscribing, if provided).
  • Violation of Terms of Service: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes.
